This role is a fully remote on-going home-working opportunity. Our client is seeking a candidate who is fluent English, German a nd Dutch. You will be taking inbound calls and responding to email enquiries for a variety of clients. The general working pattern is Monday- Friday 8:00 -16:00 with occasional weekends during Q4. This is a temporary requirement working from home and the organisation are keen to recruit someone as soon as possible. Mission: To deliver exceptional customer service to their customers, to understand their needs and requirements, while working to exceed these wherever possible Answer inquiries through telephone and email communication, while maintaining and updating the customer database Skills/Experience/Profile: Fluent German, Dutch and English Customer service experience is essential Pleasant and professional telephone manner Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook & Word) and confident Internet usage & the ability to research Analytical/problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent grammar, spelling & punctuation.
