* Deliver the ultimate 5-star experience by ensuring all guest needs are fulfilled during their visit. This includes supporting supervisors in running a station, greeting guests, and knowing the menu to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
* Show flexibility and creativity in handling guests' special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.
