Job Description
* Oversee and manage all eCommerce activities across various digital platforms.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales and digital presence.
* Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
* Improve usability, design, content and conversion of the company's website.
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
* Collaborate with design teams to improve user experience.
* Analyse key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas.
* Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.
The Successful Applicant
A successful eCommerce Manager should have:
* A degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field.
* Proven working experience in eCommerce, particularly within the Manufacturing industry.
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
* Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns + using Magento
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
