* Position: Recruitment Coordinator
* Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Location: Near Broxbourne, Herts
* Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
* Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Recruitment Coordinator:
This is an exciting time to join our client in a fast-paced and varied recruitment role, where you’ll have the autonomy to manage the full recruitment process. You will be the first point of contact for recruitment queries, onboarding, and attracting top talent to join the business, whilst helping drive the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing suitable candidates through job boards, social media, and the company website.
2. Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and provide a positive recruitment experience.
3. Handle both internal and external recruitment-related queries.
4. Manage the full candidate experience, including arranging interviews and providing interview feedback.
5. Assist with general recruitment administration to provide all the appropriate paperwork/information to complete onboarding paperwork/contracts of employment and that Right to Work, DBS, and Reference Checks.
6. Advertise roles both internally and externally through various channels, including job boards, company website, social media, and LinkedIn.
7. Oversee the entirety of the recruitment process.
8. Confidently manage a variety of vacancies.
9. Work closely with directors/hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
10. Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify the most suitable candidates across various sectors.
11. Assist with DBS applications and tracking.
12. Handle onboarding and training for new starters.
13. Perform general administrative duties.
14. Lead the implementation of improvements to the recruiting process.
Experience & Skills:
1. Previous experience successfully working in a recruitment role.
2. Experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
3. Able to source top talent.
4. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
5. Experienced in writing job adverts.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to build relationships across the business.
7. Proficient knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
8. Strong organisational abilities and ability to multitask.
9. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
