This dynamic and challenging role involves the management of one of our Customer Support Teams. As manager you will be responsible for your team providing support to our customers. Managing a team of Associates and Second / Third line Consultants Hold regular reviews with clients either as escalation or when required. An escalation point for clients and internal teams. Regularly review team to ensure key metrics are being achieved Identify potential areas for improvement with the supported products and manage the process to ensure they are resolved. Experience with handling complaints and communicating with challenging people.
