Manpower is recruiting a Sales Account Manager with our client who are a growing manufacturer of medical devices.
The successful candidate will be selling medical devices to the health sector in Northern Ireland & Scotland, with approximately 70% of your time based in Northern Ireland. This company are on an upward trajectory with their products already established and entering new markets globally.
Suitable candidates will need a strong track record in sales/ business development, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to pro-actively identify and develop new business opportunities.
You will need capital equipment or medical device sales experience, with knowledge of NHS processes highly desirable.
On offer is a great salary package £50-55k plus commission, also company car with fuel card, laptop, phone, 25 days annual leave plus stats
The Role
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase new install base
* Achieve agreed machine sales and consumable sales
* Manage sales pipeline effectively using sales portal
* Develop accurate market info for your region
* Support new installation, handovers and informal user training
* Prepare and present to potential new accounts
* Build relationships with health professionals and decision makers
* Promote non-capital products in the wider portfolio range
* Liaise with Sales Manager regularly, providing updates and and sales reports
What we are looking for
* Track record in Sales/ Business Development
* Sales experience in capital equipment or medical devices
* Knowledge of NHS structures is beneficial
* Excellent interpersonal skills and can build relationships with ease
* Professional sales approach and driven to achieve targets
* Flexible to cover Scotland territory and some travel for sales meetings, trade exhibitions etc.
