We are partnering with a Global Law firm for their search for a Resource Manager to join the wider HR function. The role be work with the HR team to help improve the firm's staffing strategy and enhance the employee experience. This role involves tracking how well staff are being used, creating reports, and using data to make staffing decisions. You will also support HR processes, build relationships with staff, and work with other teams to improve both employee and client experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor how staff are being used and help balance high and low usage levels.
* Create strategies to improve staff utilisation and resource distribution.
* Work with leaders to understand staffing needs and suggest solutions.
* Encourage the use of other resources, like support from different offices and legal teams.
* Collect and analyse data on staff performance and workload.
* Help with performance reviews and staff development.
* Provide insights based on relationships with staff and their career goals.
* Work with innovation and technology teams to find ways to improve processes and automate tasks.
Skills:
* Experience in people operations, work allocation, or HR, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions.
* Experience in a law firm or professional services.
* Knowledge of trends in how work is changing in the legal industry.
* Experience with project management and improving processes.
