The Role
As a Water Hygiene Service Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering expert-level services, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining high water quality. Your responsibilities will include:
L8 & HSG274 Compliance – Carrying out water hygiene tasks in line with regulations
TMV Servicing & Testing – Ensuring safe water temperatures and performance
Chlorine Dioxide & Disinfection – Handling dosing systems and cleaning water tanks
Water Softeners & Closed System Testing – Installing, maintaining, and testing systems
Water Sampling & Analysis – Conducting detailed water quality checks
System Disinfection & Cleaning – Ensuring hygiene standards are met
Report Writing & Compliance Documentation – Maintaining accurate recordsThis is a field-based role where no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who can hit the ground running with the following experience:
Proven expertise in water hygiene and treatment – L8, HSG274, and industry best practices
Hands-on experience with chlorine dioxide, biocides, and peroxide treatment
Knowledge of water softeners, TMVs, and system disinfection
Strong analytical skills for water sampling and closed system testing
A full, valid UK driving licence
Plumbing or electrical experience (highly desirable)If you are a self-motivated professional who takes pride in delivering high standards of work, we want to hear from you.
