This independent and creative agency has a global presence with studios in multiple international locations. They pride themselves on their blend of creative excellence and a hands-on, personalised approach across a range of digital services, including branding, digital marketing, SEO, web design, content production, and film. As they continue their exciting growth and expand their international client base, they are seeking a New Business Manager to lead their business development efforts in the UK market.
The Opportunity:
This is a key role for the agency. They are looking for a dynamic individual who can take ownership of their sales function, build a robust pipeline, and convert quality leads into long-term client partnerships. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to their sales strategy and play a significant role in their continued success.
Key responsibilities:
1. Proactively build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the UK market.
2. Identify and strategically connect with key decision-makers in target industries.
3. Craft and deliver compelling pitches and presentations that clearly articulate the agency's services and value proposition.
4. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to contribute to and execute effective sales strategies and growth targets.
5. Provide regular and accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts.
6. Work collaboratively with the talented service delivery teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and the successful delivery of client projects.
Experience required:
1. 3-6 years of proven sales/business development experience within the digital marketing or branding sector is essential.
2. A strong and established network of contacts within the UK digital advertising and marketing landscape.
3. Demonstrated ability to set up and effectively manage CRM systems and sales pipelines.
4. Exceptional communication, pitching, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
5. A self-starter mentality with a proactive, results-oriented, and target-driven approach.
6. Comfort and confidence in working remotely with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
7. Experience working in or with startup environments is highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus attractive performance-based incentives.
Location & Workplace Policy:
Fully remote, ideally London based but you can work from anywhere in the UK (travel to London for meetings is required).
