The trainee will be allocated an Education Supervisor who will oversee and support the trainee for the 24-month training period. Each workplace rotation will have a designated Practice supervisor that will oversee training and development in that rotation. The underpinning knowledge and qualification will be delivered by a training provider- Skills4pharmacy. Study time will be available during your working week, but completion of assignments in your own time will also be required. You will need to be highly committed to achieve this qualification as it requires participation and completion of a vigorous training and competency program. Individuals will need to be highly organised, self-motivated and capable of meeting multiple deadlines. The apprentice is supported throughout the training and work experience, and with support, will learn to complete a range of tasks within timescales to a competent standard. They are required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to quickly learn new IT systems, be able to work efficiently and accurately, pay attention to detail and also enjoy working as part of a team. This post is offered on a 24 month fixed term contract, full time Monday to Friday, with weekends and Bank holidays on a rota basis.
