Senior Recruitment Consultant (Future Managers role) – OTE £60-£70,000 +
North / North West UK – location flexible – Liverpool/Manchester/North Wales
PRS Recruitment Services is a unique recruitment agency that specializes in all aspects of labour supply into Facilities Management/support services and Engineering in Built space.
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join, drive and maximize growth to the next level in 2025 and beyond.
Key Duties:
1. Recruiting a team to join our strong branch network in the North / North East of England.
2. Operating as a Snr Recruiter, manage and develop your own client portfolio.
3. Establish innovative ways to build the brand and improve the service offered.
4. Manage the relationships and expectations of customers.
5. Ensure accurate and timely reporting and ongoing analysis of KPIs/team 121’s.
6. Overall responsibility for management and implementation of projects.
7. Lead and support in business development, onboarding new clients.
8. Attend regular client meetings with updates and forecast plans.
9. Develop long-term plans, set goals, determine priorities & identify risks and opportunities.
10. Consistently promote the company vision both internally and externally.
11. Full management and understanding of the payroll processes and procedures for temporary labour.
12. Be target-focused with strong team leading/management experience within the recruitment sector.
Person Specification:
* Experience of working within recruitment for a minimum of 2 years, having run a successful desk billing in excess of £250k per annum.
* Recruitment experience ideally gained within Facilities management, engineering, energy, industrial, property, trades & labour, commercial or other technical sectors.
* Able to demonstrate a track record of success within the recruitment agency environment.
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruiters/resourcers.
* Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines/targets.
* Experience of recruitment databases and engaging talent via social media.
* Self-motivated and driven.
The Package:
* Competitive basic salary c£32,000 – £40,000.
