Job Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company based in Dudley, for an Accounts Administrator to support their accounts department. This is a part-time role offering a competitive salary with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping, proficiency with Sage Line 50, and experience working with engineers/contracts. Key Responsibilities: Act as the office contact for both customers and suppliers. Process general office duties and assist the Office Manager as required. Input and maintain data on Sage Line 50, including processing VAT Returns. Manage and create Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and access databases. Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and financial record-keeping. Collaborate with engineers and contract teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate accounting. Knowledge/Experience Required: Basic understanding of accounts and bookkeeping principles. Computer literate with experience in Word, Excel, and Access databases. Full understanding of Sage Line 50, with hands-on experience processing VAT Returns. Previous experience working with engineers or contracts is beneficial but not essential.
