What you will do:
* Supervise and support a caseload of kinship carers to ensure they have the guidance needed for success.
* Conduct Connected Carer (Form K) assessments and present these to panels confidently.
* Provide appropriate support and supervision to carers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaboratively work with other professionals to maintain high standards of care and support.
* Promote the welfare of children and young people in kinship care arrangements.
