Job description:
The role:Reporting to our Global Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, as Head of Global Salon Education, you will enhance Kao Salon Division's portfolio (Goldwell, KMS and Kerasilk) equities by training of technical and inspirational content, training, materials, events and academies in support of our targets, in close collaboration with Design and Delivery Teams, and other related functions.You will develop global education strategy, assets and message track for internal as well as external communication in cooperation with Sr. Leaders, while providing recommendations for spending priorities for countries.
What you will do:Develop global education strategies for Goldwell, KMS and Kerasilk brands in line with overall brand strategy. Develop and implement training principles, flagship artistic content and facilitation standards for regions/country educators and independent contractors and drive innovation with R&D and Marketing on time and within budget. Develop holistic strategy for all Kao Salon Academies. Evaluate and create strategies for all global/region/country platforms for digital education. Global Event Production: Develop strategy for global events. Track progress against education goals across countries and regions to create a consistent report. Be a member of Global Centre Lead Team to collaborate on Kao Salon Division overarching strategies, vision and tactics. Ensure budget management for department and division and secure savings.
Required profile:
What you will need:University degree or equivalent, ideally with international experience Licensed / accredited hairdresser 15+ years' experience in professional beauty industry Experience in an International business Experience at global level regarding strategy development and regional / country experience with managerial experience Experience in Education and excellent comprehension on the use and training of Hair color, Cutting, Finishing Experience developing teams, content, concept development and go-to-market planning
