You'll play a pivotal role in driving improvements and enhancing CRM effectiveness. This a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to make an impact from anywhere Ideal Requirements for a CRM Analyst Must have previous experience of working within the Pharmaceutical industry (at least 5 years) Experience of working directly with Veeva. Experience with analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Excel etc. Role Responsibilities for a CRM Analyst Provide day-to-day operation support, this includes troubleshooting, triage, problem-solving, and escalate issues and incidents to relevant people.
