The 1st Line Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for any issues relating to Desktop, VOIP, telephony and networking issues.The successful 1st Line Telecoms Support Engineer will be joining an organisation who are keen on internal progression. They will give the 1st Line Support Engineer the opportunity to progress into the 2nd Line / 3rd Line team or the networking team.
