Assistant Headteacher Teaching & Learning – full time, permanent. L11 – 18 (£63,815 - £75,675)
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptionally talented individual to take up the post of Assistant Headteacher.
The successful candidate will contribute to the sustained improvement of the school by making a substantial contribution to their areas of responsibility.

* A positive, encouraging professional with experience in reviewing performance data, driving improvements and supporting colleagues to analyse and develop their practice in all aspects of Teaching and Learning.

* A proven leader with experience of working with key stakeholders at all levels and the ability to coach and mentor others to support them throughout their teaching career.

* An outstanding teacher with a passion for learning who shares our dedicated to education and removing barriers for our students.

Crompton House is a highly successful, over-subscribed 11–18 Church of England school situated on the edge of the Pennines, in Oldham, northeast of Manchester. It is a “good school where pupils uphold the school’s core values of caring for each other and achieving excellence in all that they do.”
Progress and achievement are excellent with 75% of our pupils achieving grade 4 or above in English and Maths in 2024.
