An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a Cyber Security Officer within the Digital Dept. of NHS Golden Jubilee.
The main responsibilities of the Cyber Security Officer include:
1. Monitor and maintain Cyber Security systems, remediating alerts as required.
2. Conduct Cyber Security audits, ensuring any issues found are resolved in a timely fashion.
3. Respond to any Cyber incidents, resolving issues without excessive downtime or data loss.
4. Perform extensive testing to ensure systems meet the end user’s requirements while achieving the required levels of Cyber Security governance.
The services provided by the post holder have a direct and immediate impact on the continuity of patient care within NHS Golden Jubilee.
Applicants must be educated to Degree level in Cyber Security or an IT related subject, or be able to demonstrate compensatory experience in a Technical IT role. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential, in addition to working well as part of a larger team.
