Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates & Facilities Department for the position of Estates Manager, PFI and Contracts. This post will provide comprehensive support to the Head of Contracts and Performance and the Estates & Facilities team in all aspects of the delivery of contract monitoring in relation to the Hard FM services, ensuring compliance with contract terms, specifications and Key Performance Indicators. Main duties of the job Candidates should have substantial experience in the delivery of Estates & Facilities management services within the healthcare environment and have extensive knowledge of Estates and Facilities management/FM related contracts and monitoring procedures and methods. The post holder will also possess detailed knowledge of health and safety, engineering and building law, fire and water regulations and electrical, mechanical and building systems in a health service or similar environment.
