Hayle Academy is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic leader who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and improving opportunities for all.We are flexible about the areas of experience and expertise applicants can bring to the role and offer the school. Therefore, we have not specified particular areas of knowledge or experience required for applicants: you may be an experienced curriculum, SEN or pastoral leader, or may have wide leadership experience within a school. The role and specific responsibilities will be negotiated with the successful candidate drawing on their own experiences and the leadership qualities they can bring to the school and ensuring we play to your strengths and support your continuing professional development.
