Maintenance Technician - MOXY Glasgow Merchant City
This position is based on a full time contract.
Gross Salary: £31117 per year

For our MOXY Glasgow Merchant City hotel we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who feels connected with hospitality and is self-supporting in maintenance.

Principal accountabilities:
1. To be responsible for the complete maintenance in the hotel(s). Supporting co-workers from other hotels when needed(occasionally).
2. To be responsible for the maintenance tasks as:
3. Minor and daily issues/repairs if needed on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating.
4. Carry out regular plan prevention maintenance throughout the property.
5. Carry out weekly fire detection and sprinkler systems testing.
6. Monitor and look after mechanical and electrical installations.
