RG Consultancy is working with a reputable business that is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will join a team of 2 and will be responsible for all day-to-day financial transactions and assist with month-end duties. This role will report to the Head of Finance within the team.
Duties include:
* Bank and account reconciliation
* Reconciliation of company credit cards
* Assist with completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Undertake inter-company management and reconciliations
* Assist the Management Accountant in the preparation of monthly management reports
* Assist with the posting of month-end journals
* Monthly reporting on AP ledger balances
* Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and other reporting requirements
* Assist with all financial accounting tasks where required
Additional Information:
* 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility with start and finish times
* Hybrid working 3/2 split once completed onboarding
* Study package for CIMA/ACCA
