About the Role
This unique opportunity enables you to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs. Working as part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver psychological assessment and intervention, guidance for education teams, and supervision to agreed members of the clinical team.
You will communicate effectively with families, carers, and specialist agencies, engaging in professional development training for staff. This rich variety of work will allow you to support children and young people at universal, targeted, and specialist service levels, meeting their EHCP identified needs and emerging requirements.
* This role requires creativity, passion, and dedication to improving outcomes for pupils with complex SEN needs.
* Experience working with people with complex SEN is essential, along with strong skills in assessment and report writing.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle are required due to the nature of the role.
