Our Overseas Operations team in the Midlands are seeking an Overseas Accounting Operations & Compliance Senior Manager to join the offshoring journey. At the core of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and efficiency of compliance-related work, including bookkeeping, year-end accounts, VAT, management accounts, tax computations and more. There will be a focus on our offshore teams quality standards, deadlines, and key performance targets while continuously identifying areas for improvement and expansion. You’ll combine strategic oversight and stakeholder engagement with team leadership to drive operational excellence in offshore compliance services. You'll be getting stuck into a range of tasks and responsibilities, including; Ensure that workflows are completed efficiently and on time. Monitor workloads and address bottlenecks to maintain seamless operations Continuously review and refine offshore compliance processes, and develop and implement best practices to enhance service delivery Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure all compliance work meets regulatory requirements and internal quality standards, whilst identifying areas for improvement Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using data to drive decisions, improve efficiency, and report on performance to senior stakeholders Identify additional compliance processes that can be offshored to optimise costs and improve service delivery, working with stakeholders to implement new offshore services effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, offshore delivery centres, and external partners, to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives Lead and develop the offshore compliance team, ensuring they have the necessary training, support, and resources to deliver high-quality work Provide mentorship and foster a high-performance culture At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together.
