We are seeking a motivated Field Service Team Leader specialising in weighing technologies to provide both technical and operational support to our technicians and service back office. In this role, you will assist in managing the service team while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence,
* Proactively provide technical and operational support to field technicians and the service back office.
* Assist in deputizing for the Service Manager - Analytical and Weighing as required.
* Act as a deputy for the Weighing Team Leader (South) when needed.
* Engage in escalations to facilitate quick and acceptable resolutions, maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Support the Service Manager - Analytical and Weighing in maximizing chargeable opportunities and effectively managing the region.
* Deliver and organize training sessions for technicians as required to ensure high competency levels.
* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety legislation, customer-specific site regulations, and required quality systems.
* Foster a collaborative team spirit by actively supporting other departments within the company.
* Conduct customer site surveys to advise and quote on service work accurately.
* Carry out technician competency and safety audits to maintain high standards.
Proven experience in successfully supervising a team of field-based service personnel.
* Technical competence on lab and industrial weighing products.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
