THE POSITION Join our team to support the Head of Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in achieving our HR goals by leveraging and developing innovative local and global HR solutions. You will drive organization-wide change through impactful OD, talent, learning and growth initiatives and lead DE&I interventions to shape our future. Your work will be based on data insights, internal and external leading practices and of course, your own deep expertise. You will deliver effective implementation, impacting positively the end to end employee user experience and our external reputation. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES - Organisational Employee Engagement and People Growth Specialist As an advocate for career growth and developing talents, you will shape our career growth strategies and support and strengthen our learning culture, utilizing our cutting-edge people growth products as a foundation and connecting to opportunities from all across the CoE area. Develop and implement engagement strategies based on global/local requirements and insights to promote long-term cultural change. Upskill leadership on engagement drivers, Our Behaviours and their roles. Ensure coherent solutions across the employee lifecycle. Produce effective HR communications plans and deliver internal communications in an engaging way. - People Data Analytics and Insights Optimize global People Analytics tools to enhance data analysis and decision-making. Compile insights and updates for the Head of CoEs to inform decisions and drive initiatives from a range of sources including our employee engagement results, the Top Employer insights and internal reporting measurement tools. - OD and Change Support Impact the organisation's continuous change, through a range of development solutions, including all organisation or team based activity. Ensure these are effectively scoped, designed, implemented and measured using current techniques. Deliver workshops, campaigns or toolkits - or recommend external providers, or support HR/business teams in delivery. Embed effective change management through systemic and sustainable thinking aligned to our strong cultural framework. - Interface with Stakeholders - Internal: Collaborate with Global and local Solution Owners for decision-making and quality outcomes. Provide solution execution expertise and consulting throughout the solution lifecycle. Engage with BI UK/IE ExCom, LTs, Departmental LTs, external agencies, providers, and managers as needed. - External: Partner with consulting companies and service providers. REQUIREMENTS - An ambitious and experienced HR professional, specialising in talent, OD, DE&I, learning and leadership and with good working knowledge of other CoE areas including Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards. - Successfully embedded EDI strategies across various organizational areas. - Designed and delivered impactful OD interventions and senior-level learning programs. - Provided critical, data-driven recommendations that led to significant organizational improvements. - Managed multiple high-priority projects effectively. - Built strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives. - Innovatively communicated and facilitated high-quality, engaging content using a variety of mediums. - Stayed current with best practices, ensuring the organization remained competitive. - Ideally qualified in OD and leadership/team tools.
