Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons to classes of varying sizes and abilities, following school guidelines and lesson plans. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive and safe learning environment. Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments. Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning for pupils. Provide feedback to the school's regular teaching staff regarding student performance and any issues encountered during the day. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience working within primary or secondary schools (placement experience accepted for NQTs). Strong classroom management and communication skills. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work on short notice.
