Job Description
* Coordinate and manage supply chain operations within the retail department.
* Oversee and organise inventory, ensuring efficient and accurate stock management.
* Maintain robust relationships with suppliers, managing contracts and negotiating terms as required.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve supply chain processes.
* Produce regular reports on supply chain performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Manage and resolve any supply chain issues promptly and effectively.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental objectives and strategy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Administrator should have:
* A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proficiency in using supply chain software and other relevant computer systems.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
