The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accuracy, and supporting month-end processes. Duties will include: Analysing and coding credit card transactions. Preparing and posting journals into Sage. Identifying and resolving discrepancies and queries efficiently. Posting invoices to the purchase ledger. Providing administrative support, including filing and cover for other team members as needed. About the Successful Applicant: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar finance role, strong Excel and Sage skills, and an understanding of double-entry bookkeeping. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
