We are looking to recruit someone who has a keen interest in women's health and wanting to build on the skills they have already gained and learn and develop new ones. The successful applicant will be working across all 3 trust sites within the nursing team. They will be working in various clinics which will include urogynaecology, colposcopy, hysteroscopy and many more. The successful candidate will be supported to gain competency in all clinics and develop the knowledge and skills required. Main duties of the job The primary aim of the role is to provide effective patient centred care by performing individual assessment of care needs, developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care that meet the needs of the patient and their families/carers. The role is multidimensional and requires the post holder to integrate and fulfil all the identified dimensions. As a registered nurse all activities provide opportunities for acting as a role model for staff. Following their preceptorship period the registered nurse is expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision.
