The Family Support Worker will work as part of an integrated team here in North Lincolnshire contributing to family health needs assessment. Working with families, children and young people age 0-19 (25 SEND) years. The post holder will work in partnership with the family and other agencies to develop, implement and evaluate packages of care on an individual basis and with groups.
The Family Support Worker will contribute to the wider public health agenda for Children and Young People through individual, group and community programmes of care.
If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.
The organisation is supportive of training needs and there is an excellent learning and development programme. You will receive regular safeguarding, management and clinical supervision and will have support from the leadership team team.
