* Essential Requirements:
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Have the ability to follow all safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Be caring and understanding of children's needs.
* Have high expectations of children's attainment and behaviour.
* Be very well organised & efficient.
* Be open to advice, feedback and guidance from colleagues.
* Be able to work as part of a team.
* Have experience of directly working with children with SEN.
* Have at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
