Joining our Children’s Services Learning Event Support Team as a Learning and Development Support Assistant, you’ll support with the delivery of our training, events, and innovative learning and development projects.
What you'll do:
Provide efficient training event administration, ensuring accuracy when creating events into the Learning Management System (LMS).
Source and coordinate appropriate venues, equipment, and resources.
Liaise with training providers and facilitators.
Maintain booking and training data and create reports from electronic data sources.
Ensure timely correspondence and respond to inquiries.
Collate information for purchase orders and invoices.
What we're looking for:
IT skills.
Flexibility and positive response to changing requirements.
Previous experience delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to plan workload, work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, resilience, and diplomacy.
