You’ll play a key part in driving pipeline generation, testing out fresh sales strategies, and helping us build the SDR function from the ground up. Let’s grow together What you'll be doing: Scheduling meetings (both outbound and inbound) with key decision-makers, including HR professionals and C-suite execs. You’ll qualify leads by understanding their budget, decision making power, specific needs, and timeline for making a purchase. Getting hands on with our current tech stack to research your target market, identify the right people, and create the ultimate prospecting lists with direct email addresses and phone numbers. Craft your daily outreach game with a mix of cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and any other creative strategies you want to try. Following up on inbound leads quickly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering great experiences every step of the way. Seamlessly handing over qualified meetings to the BDM team, making sure everything is synced, the notes are spot-on, and the admin is up to date in the CRM. Collaborating with the wider team, including leadership and marketing, to fine-tune our outbound strategy and ensure we’re set up for success. Keeping your CRM game strong for accurate tracking, metrics, and forecasting. What You Bring To The Role: At least 12 months of experience booking highly qualified meetings in a fast-paced environment. (Start up experience would be an advantage but not a must) Proven success in outbound prospecting, using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A can-do attitude, ready to help build a brand-new function and take advantage of all the growth opportunities it brings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you’re the kind of person who can represent the company and make a great first impression. Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and lead generation/enrichment tools.
