CRO Solutions is looking for a Senior Data Manager to work within our collaborative and growth-oriented Clinical Data Management team as part of CRO Solutions growing multidisciplinary Biometrics team. The role can either be remote-based with occasional visits to our Salford Quays office or office-based.

We are looking for a Senior Data Manager experienced in leading trials, who relishes the pivotal, client-facing role of overseeing the Data Management lifecycle from eCRF build to database lock, within a full-service organization. Working closely with Clinical Operations, Project Management, Biostatistics and medical experts, to ensure quality by design, data accuracy and integrity across all phases of research with a focus on early phase trials.
The Role:
* Lead Data Manager: Act as the primary point of contact for Data Management across multiple clinical studies, maintaining high quality data and documentation, timelines and budgets.
* eCRF Design and Build: Create, review, manage and maintain, study eCRFs using Viedoc EDC system.
* Study Team Management: Build strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance on Data Management practices and resolving data-related issues to meet client and regulatory expectations. Mentor junior Data Managers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on growth, quality, and client satisfaction.
* Data Quality and Compliance: Oversee data collection, validation, and cleaning processes while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, and accuracy of data.
* Data Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in clinical data management, ideally within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
* Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent Lead Data Management role.
* EDC systems Expertise: Strong understanding of EDC systems (e.g. Viedoc) and optimal.
* Project Management: Ability to prioritise, adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, written, spoken and presentation.
* Early Phase Trials: Experience with Phase I / Early Phase clinical trials.
* Study Build: Experience in protocol interrogation to eCRF design, experience in Java Script programming, effective and efficient user acceptance testing knowledge.
* Cross-Functional Development: Involvement in cross-functional process development initiatives.
