More information about Insight Investment can be found at: https://www.insightinvestment.com Division Description: Business Unit: Insight’s Client Solutions Group (CSG) provides the primary client engagement interface for Insight, offering expert input to investment strategy, sophisticated solution design, ongoing monitoring, reporting and all other client service activities. CSG’s activities are highly rated externally by clients and their advisers and Insight views CSG as a key competitive differentiator. CSG includes the following sub-teams and roles: • Relationship Management Team: Our team of experienced client directors is responsible for developing relationships with institutional clients investing in any of the various strategies offered by Insight. • Solution Design Team: Our team of solution designers provides expert input to clients’ investment strategy design and implementation. Solution designers typically tailor strategies to address the specific risk and return objectives of each client. • Client Service Team: The client service specialists work alongside our client directors and solution designers to support the delivery of high-quality solutions and services directly to clients. • Investment specialists: Our investment specialists support the portfolio managers for each product area, focussing on communicating key aspects of the strategy to clients including performance, positioning and outlook. Position Description: Role Overview: This is a dynamic role in a key area of the business. The Client Service Specialist is both the daily representative of Insight to it’s clients and the client’s advocate internally at Insight. Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate and be looking to develop an understanding and appreciation of institutional client service, strong organisation skills, a broad understanding of investment management and a proactive and team-focussed attitude. This role will sit within the International (Client Service team, supporting experienced Client Service Specialists in the day-to-day management of their client accounts and carrying out team initiatives. The client base is broad geographically and covers LDI, Fixed Income and FX strategies. To resolve client queries and manage ongoing client needs effectively, there is a strong level of interactivity between the Client Service Team and all other teams at Insight. Role Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to day-to-day and ad hoc client queries and requests. • Be responsible for ongoing client service delivery; instruction processing, reporting, invoicing, client relationship administration. • Perform team-based initiatives that support the above. • Contribute to the project management of the transition of client assets to and from Insight. Working with the legal teams, front office and fund management teams and internal operations counterparts. • Support the project management of any change to client’s Investment Management Agreement throughout the life of their mandate with Insight from initial conversation through to execution and dissemination. • Manage ad hoc requests effectively. Identify a clear date for response and ensure that we meet the deadline. Escalate or re-communicate, as appropriate. • Contribute to the creation and delivery of bespoke investment reporting where appropriate. • Work with internal colleagues and clients to ensure ongoing regulatory obligations are met. • Develop an understanding of our client’s needs and a commercial understanding of Insight.
