Job Description As the International Development Manager, you will drive the growth and expansion of our international markets. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance our global presence, building and managing relationships with international partners, and identifying new business opportunities. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful execution of international projects and initiatives. You will conduct market research, manage travel budgets, lead contract negotiations, and work with the Product Development and IT teams on international projects. Monitoring and reporting on international activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and representing the company at international events are also essential. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of global market trends and international business practice. The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor's degree in international business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. You should have proven experience in international business development or a similar role, with a strong understanding of global market trends and international business practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to form new business relationships and convert them into commercial opportunities. A willingness to travel extensively, including frequent international trips with overnight stays, is required. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, strong project management abilities, cultural awareness and sensitivity are also important. Additionally, you should have the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
