The role of the Specialist Occupational Therapist (OT) is to provide high quality holistic therapy to our clients throughout their journey alongside the inter-disciplinary team. Goals are identified through collaboration with the client, relatives, carers and Interdisciplinary team. This includes off site community rehabilitation in the local community and visiting places that offer accessible activities. There are opportunities for development with access to external courses and STEPS provide regular in-service training and supervision.
