As the Product Content Assistant, you will be responsible for the on-site execution of all products within your categories, coordinating product launches across the retail calendar and working with stakeholders to ensure our product information is held and hosted in the best possible way for our customers.
You will conduct customer journeys to improve our product details pages over time to optimise digital KPIs and react to market trends.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
1. Define attribute requirements for the Product Details Page for all categories within your allocation.
2. Lead Test and Learn activities to develop Product Details Page execution to improve digital KPIs such as conversion, bounce rate, exit rate and ATT.
3. Work with the SEO Team to ensure Product Details Page execution is optimised for our Natural Search requirements.
4. Facilitate left-hand navigation (LHN) and merchandising requirements to reduce the manual population of website functionality.
5. Manage the quality and timeliness of all product launches within your categories.
6. Provide final QC of product information, copy, titles and images ahead of launch.
7. Review customer and market data to continuously optimise PDP execution.
What You’ll Bring

1. 2 years experience working within digital retail.
2. Has worked on projects as part of a varied, cross-functional stakeholder group.
3. Delivered significant operational projects on time, and to brief.
4. Previous, demonstrable experience driving digital retail experience/journeys for a customer.
5. Proven ability to effect digital KPIs through the delivery of front-end improvements to the customer experience.
6. Experience with PIM & DAM systems is useful.
