Pertemps Medical are looking to appoint an organised and confident client account administrator with excellent communication skills to join our expanding projects team based in our Milton Keynes offices.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Contract type: Full time
Rota: 4 days office-based and 1 day from home after training period
Location: Milton Keynes
Start Date: ASAP
Annual Leave: 22 days, bank holidays & your birthday off after 1 years’ service
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising and supporting our Project Manager
* Chasing medical reports completed by our Assessment team
* Ensuring we stick to the client's strict SLA report timelines
* Troubleshooting problems as they arise within the project
* Supporting our compliance team when required
The applicant considered will:
* Be very organised and attentive
* Have a confident and enthusiastic phone manner
* Reliable and good time management
* Have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
