The Escort Program is the Global resource provider to Infrastructure, Operations and Services teams for our regions. The Program Coordinators' portfolio is customer centric, supporting new and existing regions. The Program is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced and professional Program Manager. You will support an internal service, providing construction and operations security escorts to ensure our work meets stringent government regulations for access and security. You will manage security resources across a geographically dispersed and global program. You will work with multiple partners across a matrixed organization to understand their use of uncleared labor. You will help define the right cleared escorting support to meet their needs. You will work with escort vendors to procure and then manage a central pool of escorting resources, aligned to that demand, making sure each team has the resources they need, when they need them. A day in the life Partner with all infrastructure and service Technical Infrastructure Program Managers and Project Managers to manage security escort requirements across the lifecycle of the region. Work directly with security escort vendors, personnel security partners to clear, onboard/train, schedule and deliver the resource to customers. Maintain routine communication with stakeholders for daily escort utilization. Measure, assess and report out program analytics and voice of the customer feedback in support of business reviews.
