This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Staffordshire’s Quality Assurance and Enhancement team as a Quality Officer. In this role you will implement policies and processes to deliver the University’s quality and standards framework (for example course design and approval; course monitoring and review; external examining; collaborative provision; apprenticeship provision; postgraduate research; University committees; and training, advice and guidance).
You will contribute to institutional quality assurance monitoring and reporting; manage and maintain relevant records; give advice and guidance to staff; and provide secretariat services to relevant academic governance committees.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of UK quality assurance policies and procedures within higher education which they can apply to this role. Your attention to detail, excellent IT skills and experience of delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders will ensure that you can achieve with impact.
