**Responsibilities:**
* Create sales strategies for account penetration across Corporate and Groups segments
* Work with the Director of Sales to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation and execution of the Corporate and Groups strategy
* Develop contracts and correspondence, manage opportunity details, and proactively develop customer solutions
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
* Participate in local travel to represent hotel & residences at trade shows, sales missions, conferences, etc.
* Analyze the pipeline / business on the books, identify need periods, and adapt price point and/or added-value to maximize conversion
* Ensure a clear understanding of the overall market - competitors strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, etc. and knows how to sell against them
* Work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary, and not duplicative
* Proactively communicate with key stakeholder groups (Commercial Director, Director of Sales, Head of Revenue Management, and Head of Finance)
**Requirements:**
* Communication & interpersonal skills: high standard of written and verbal English is essential with the ability to build long lasting relationships with clients and suppliers
* Strong understanding of Corporate and sales, efficient problem-solving skills, and ability to find solutions
* Ability to create clear and persuasive presentations and reports
* Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under deadlines
* Client-oriented approach to build positive, lasting relationships
* Excellent time management to handle the fast-paced, multitasking nature of the role
* In-depth understanding of key sales segments Corporate and Groups
* Adaptability in managing unexpected requests or changes with professionalism
* Confidence in handling contractual agreements
* Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
