Role Details:

4. Contract Length: 2 months (March 24, 2025 - May 30, 2025 Approx)
5. Working Pattern: Part-time, 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday, minimum 6 hours daily)

About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you'll support our transition to a new SAP purchasing system launching on April 1st. Your expertise in purchasing and SAP will be invaluable as you tackle a variety of tasks, including:
SAP and Purchasing Responsibilities:
1. Process purchase requisitions and orders in SAP.
2. Maintain and update supplier records.
3. Manage goods receipt processes to ensure proper documentation.
4. Resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
5. Generate and analyse SAP reports on purchasing activity and supplier performance.
General Administrative Support:
1. Assist with data entry, document management, and reporting.
2. Support cross-functional teams with procurement-related inquiries.
3. Help with various office administration tasks as needed.
About You:
1. Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain administration.
2. Proficiency in SAP, particularly in purchasing modules.
3. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
4. A proactive mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to assist with diverse administrative tasks beyond finance.
