Are you an excellent minute taker? Do you have administrative experience and want to develop your skills further? If so, we would love to hear from you and discuss an opportunity to come and work with us.
The Business and Administration Division provides administration, clerical and project support to professional colleagues working in Public Health and Health Policy. This role carries out tasks that could be described as PA type tasks, but our role is much more than that. We are looking to attract candidates that have significant experience in carrying out business and administration type tasks. As a service, we will support and encourage you to develop your administration skills. In return we will help develop your administration, secretarial and clerical skills. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team of staff, developing your own skills and supporting the wide range of functions that Public Health and Health Policy provide.
For this particular role we are looking for someone who has strong communication, organisational and minute taking skills.
This role will be hybrid working with minimum requirements for being in the office each week.
We anticipate a high number of applications, so early submission is recommended as post may be closed early.
