As an English Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and dynamic English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Inspire a love for literature and language, helping students develop strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
* Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of all learners, ensuring every student makes progress.
* Contribute to curriculum development and the wider school community.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE or equivalent).
* Experience teaching English at secondary level, with strong subject knowledge.
* A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
* A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to contribute to the school’s ethos.
