Our client based in Swindon is looking for a Sales Development Administrator to work in their head office in Swindon, whilst helping with the company expansion into the French market. As you will be dealing in this area, speaking French is a necessity for the role.
Key Duties:
* Supporting the UK and overseas sales function, including customer service, sales order processing, invoicing, new line set-ups, inventory databases, and price files.
* Manage the On-Line customer resource database, including product specifications and images.
* Customer sales & activity, analyzing and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Research new sales opportunities, preparation of sales presentations, and quotations.
* Perform an active sales role at UK and overseas Trade shows.
* Supporting the Company’s UK and French sales team.
The position is office-based in Swindon, with some of the above duties necessitating travel in the UK and overseas, with overnight stays. A full driving license and French language proficiency are required.
Initial sales office duties and training will be required with the candidate supporting the office team, including:
* General office duties.
* Order Processing.
* Raising Invoices/Credit notes.
* Receiving incoming calls and managing day-to-day queries.
* Support the sales office during periods of holidays & absence.
Pay:
* Starting salary will be £26,000 – £29,000 depending on experience.
Hours:
* Monday to Friday.
* 08:00 – 17:00 with an hour's unpaid lunch.
