Job Description
Our client is a main car dealership who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and focused Sales Manager to come on board their ever growing team.
Sales Manager Role:
1. Driving the performance of the department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
2. Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly
3. Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department
4. Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position
As a Sales Manager you:
5. Will have at least 2 years experience working as a Sales Manager in a similar position.
6. Have a passion for success and achieving your objectives
7. Be an organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively
8. Have Experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the department
9. Posses excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic with excellent customer service skills
Sales Manager Role:
10. A very competitive salary package with an OTE circa £54K (Depending on Experience)
11. Company Car (Subject to Checks)
12. After 3 years service you will receive an extra 3 days Holiday.
