Job Description The Group Real Estate & Workplace team supports over 40 locations across UK&I, APAC and EMEA regions. The Regional D&C Manager is responsible for the coordination and delivery of Design and Construction projects across the regions, engaging primarily with the RE&W group, local peers, business group leads and contractors Core Responsibilities • Oversee and manage design and construction projects to ensure timely completion within agreed budgets • Work closely with and manage teams of project managers, architects, design consultants, contractors, and subcontractors • Provide guidance on construction, including selection of contractors, contract negotiations, change orders, procurement and contracting methods, schedule, and subcontractors. • Ensure the efficient use of resources throughout the project life cycle • Oversee the creation, managing and oversight of project budgets for spend approvals. • Develop design guidelines, including space plan, finishes, systems, equipment, partnering with the Workplace Operations team as required • Assist the Real Estate team in the evaluation of prospective office lease space. • Liaise with key internal stakeholders including senior leaders and local business representatives Behaviours
