A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established business in Westhoughton. Working as part of a wider team the purpose this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the business operation runs smoothly whilst achieving excellent customer satisfaction. Below is an overview of the things you will support with: Processing of customer orders on a daily basis, ensuring they are fully received Liaising with customer depots in relation to order and delivery queries Resolving any issues relating to item shortages Maintaining regular communication with customers, hauliers and internal stakeholders Handling customer queries Managing returns and quarantine stock Producing daily reports Attending meetings with customers Monitoring customer accounts and incoming payments, resolving payment queries and issues Raising credit notes and invoices Assisting with other administrative duties as necessary This is a busy and varied role - the successful candidate will need to be able to work off their own initiative, be solutions-focussed, well organised and have the ability to prioritise workload. Please note this role is a Monday-Friday role but there would be the occasional need to provide cover on a Saturday or Sunday as the role is supporting a 24-7 operation.
